About Science Square Labs

Opened in 2024, Science Square Labs is a 13-story, approximately 368,000-square-foot research and innovation building designed to bring together academic researchers, healthcare partners, startups, and industry organizations focused on advancing biomedical and life science innovation.

The building serves as the anchor of the larger Science Square development, an 18-acre mixed-use innovation district designed to strengthen collaboration between universities, healthcare systems, and the private sector.
